Refund policy

Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at shop@muted-apparel.com. Once your return request is submitted and approved, we will provide the return address. Please include a note inside your return package with your name and order number.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at shop@muted-apparel.com. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Be sure to include your name and order number in the return package.

Shipping
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or USPS Signature Confirmation, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

International Orders
Please note that international orders are eligible for refunds only; we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
